Residential houses, when occupied, must have a green house number sign in plain view for safety reasons. The home owner is required to obtain the appropriate sign by contacting the Fire Department. The house number sign is included in the permit fee. New construction on a township road will cost an additional $300.00 damage fee for the driveway (if new driveway access is required). Any damage done to the Township Road in excess of this fee shall also be paid by the landowner
